The meeting will commence at 6 p.m. and will provide valuable updates on the planning progress for the upcoming Knoxville RAGBRAI Overnight Stay, slated for Wednesday, July 24th.
Members of the Knoxville RAGBRAI Executive Committee will lead the discussion, covering various essential topics including the Downtown Concert Area, Camping arrangements, Housing options, Shuttle services, Volunteer Opportunities, Traffic management, Parking areas, Full Route details, and Vendors.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with the Executive Committee during the question and answer segment, providing a platform to address any queries or concerns related to the event.
