Pella Regional Health Center has named Nikki Cowman, to the role of Growth & Outreach Liaison. The Growth & Outreach Liaison is responsible for establishing and managing ongoing relationships between various hospital departments, referring providers and the communities served.
Cowman has worked at Pella Regional as a physical therapist assistant for 2.5 years. Developing a team with the skills, talents and experience to move our ministry forward is a constant priority for the long-term success of Pella Regional Health Center.
Cowman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training from Coe College in 2010, Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Kirkwood Community College in 2014, and will graduate from The University of Northwestern St. Paul in December 2024 with her Master’s in Business Administration with a Healthcare Management Concentration.
“I am very excited about this opportunity that God has provided. I am looking forward to increasing awareness of the many specialties Pella Regional has to offer and extending our gratitude to the many providers that care for the patients of our communities. Healthcare has always been near and dear to my heart, and while making the decision to leave direct patient care was not one that I took lightly, I believe this position as Growth and Outreach Liaison will allow me to serve and improve the quality of life for more patients. I cannot wait to see how God uses me in this position to serve His people!” said Cowman.
