The Pleasantville Boys’ Golf team played their sectional meet at Bos Landen today. Of the 8 teams participating in the meet, Pleasantville finished 2nd to Pella Christian with a team score of 354.
Individual scores for Pleasantville were Sophomore Lincoln Card shot an 85, Freshman Easton Cox shot an 86, and Sophomore Caylor Jones shot a 91. Junior Lukas Klootwyk shot a 92. Sophomore Kayne Brent shot a 93, and Senior Ryder Thill shot a 116.
“It was really fun competing with some good teams on a very challenging course. The boys are excited to advance to the district meet Monday at Lake Panorama National Golf Course,” Coach Chuck Sinclair said.
