The Pella Police Department engaged in the following activities during the week of Sept.
22-28, 2024: 175 calls for service, 16 traffic citations, 40 traffic warnings, seven parking
tickets, two accidents, four arrests, nine charges, zero juvenile referrals or warrant
arrests.

COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities
during the same period: 207 incoming telephone calls and 41 total incoming 911 calls.

ARRESTS:
• On 09/25/24, a subject from Pella was charged with possession of a controlled
substance marijuana 1st offense, and interference with official acts. The subject was
incarcerated.
• On 09/26/24, a subject from Pella was charged with trespass, criminal mischief 5th
degree, and theft 5th degree. The subject was cited and released with a court date.
• On 09/26/24, a subject from Pella was charged with trespass, criminal mischief 5th
degree, and theft 5th degree. The subject was cited and released with a court date.
• On 09/27/24, a subject from What Cheer was charged with driving while revoked. The
subject was pretrial released with a court date.
