In the past 24 hours, Marion County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 41 calls for service
including, but not limited to: 16 extra patrol requests, 5 rescue calls, 2 suspicious activity
calls, 2 wanted subjects, 1 debris call, 1 domestic call, 1 disturbing peace and quiet call,
1 dog call, 1 motor assist, 1 unlicensed driver, 1 follow up, 1 reckless driver, 1 assault, 1
residential alarm, 1 civil call, 1 paper service attempt, met with 1 subject, and 2 other
calls.
In the past 24 hours, the Marion County Sheriff’s office communications center fielded
116 calls including 22 911 calls.
The Marion County Jail is currently holding 21 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 3 subjects
were booked into the Marion County Jail: Heather Marie Sage, age 47 of Knoxville, was
charged with violating no contact order-domestic, and interfering with official acts-bodily
injury; Ty Charles Roush, age 28 of Dallas, was charged with failure to appear/contempt
of court; Zachary Isaac Bridgford, age 26 of Oskaloosa, was charged with driving under
suspension, owi-1st offense, and possession of controlled substance 1,2,3 rd .
April 14
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 25 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 11 extra patrol requests, 3 civil calls, 1 assault, 1 motorist assist, 1 livestock, 1
welfare check, 1 rescue, 1 return call, 1 paper service attempt, 1 trespass, 1 domestic, 1
dog call, and 1 assist another agency.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 147 calls including 40 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 20 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 3 subjects were booked
into the jail: Bradley Wayne Schuttinga, age 42 of Unionville, was charged with willful
injury-bodily injury; Michael Paul Wilson, age 49 of Knoxville, was charged with driving
under suspicion, provide proof of financial liability, operating a non-registered vehicle,
and fraudulent use of registration; Paul Arthur Pettyjohn, age 63 of Knoxville, was
charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
April 15
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 25 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 6 extra patrol requests, 3 returned calls, 2 civil calls, 2 rescue calls, 2 incomplete
911s, 2 paper service attempts, 1 accident, 1 transport, 1 motorist assist, 1 domestic, 1
illegal dump, 1 reckless driver, 1 debris call, and 1 other call.
In the past 24 hours the communications center fielded 119 calls including 32 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 19 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 2 subjects were booked
into the jail: Alicia Rochell Godfrey, age 36 of Bussey, was charged with domestic abuse
assault-1st; Angela Lorranne Queener, age 39 of Chariton, was charged with driver
license denied/revoked-OWI.
April 16
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 23 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 5 extra patrol requests, 3 accidents, 2 requests for assistance, 2 wanted people, 1
missing person, 1 dog, 1 paper service attempt, 1 report of fraud, 1 report of a
suspicious person, 1 report of theft, 1 follow up, 1 civil matter, 1 request to check
welfare, 1 return phone call, and 1 rescue.
In the past 24 hours the communications center fielded 129 calls including 31 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 19 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 2 subjects were booked
into the jail: James Michael Dapra, age 32 of Pella, and Richard Van Hill, age 20 of Des
Moines, were both charged with violation of probation.
April 17
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 39 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 10 extra patrols, 4 paper services, 3 return calls, 3 follow-ups, 3 thefts, 2 requests to
assist another agency, 2 incomplete 911s, 1 request to meet a subject, 1 report of an
intoxicated driver, 1 report of livestock in the roadway, 1 juvenile, 1 accident, 1 report of
debris in the roadway, 1 report of reckless driver, 1 vehicle unlock, 1 horse, 1 rescue, 1
report of an intoxicated person, and 1 other call for service.
In the past 24 hours the communications center fielded 125 calls including 34 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 24 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 8 subjects were booked
into the jail: Sean Franklin Gelles, age 26 of Knoxville, was charged with violation of
probation, and theft 1st degree against older individual; Stephen Michael Mata Visser,
age 40 of Knoxville, was charged with eluding, drivers license denied/revoked-OWI,
careless driving, and speeding; James Robert Stewart, age 36, Michael Richard Lee
Jones, age 39, Jarrod Martel Brown, age 48, and Kenneth Wayne Deever IV, age 24, of
Des Moines, Jacob Michael Kerr, age 25 of Urbandale, and Michael Lewis Davis, age
31 of West Des Moines, are all on hold for other agency.

In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 32 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 10 extra patrol requests, 3 return calls, 2 rescues, 2 accidents, 2 dogs, 2 paper
service attempts, 1 vehicle unlock, 1 motorist assist, 1 report of an intoxicated driver, 1
report of suspicious vehicle, 1 report of reckless driver, 1 request to meet a subject, 1
follow up, 1 transport, 1 residential fire, and 2 other calls for service.
In the past 24 hours the communications center fielded 109 calls including 27 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 22 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 1 subject was booked into
the jail: Joshua Loren Kreimeyer, age 38 of Knoxville, was charged with driver’s license
denied/revoked-OWI and operation without ignition interlock

reckless driver, 1 follow-up, 1 incomplete 911, 1 livestock call, and 2 other calls.
