The Pella Police Department engaged in the following activities during the week of Feb.
8-14, 2026: 188 Calls for Service, 27 Traffic Citations, 159 Traffic Warnings, three
Parking Tickets, three Accidents, three Arrests, four Charges, one Juvenile Referral and
zero Warrant Arrests.
COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities
during the same period: 230 Incoming Telephone Calls and 43 Total Incoming 911
Calls.
ARRESTS:
• On 02/08/26, a subject from Illinois was charged with possession of a controlled
substance, marijuana 1st offense. The subject was incarcerated.
• On 02/13/26, a subject from Pella was charged with criminal mischief 4th degree. The
subject was pretrial released with a court date.
• On 02/14/26, a subject from Pella was charged with operating while under the
influence, 1st offense. The subject was released on bond.
JUVENILE REFERRALS:
• On 02/13/26, a juvenile from Harvey was referred to Juvenile Court Services for
possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 1st offense. The juvenile was cited and
released to a guardian.
