Leann Nunnikhoven Named A Great Iowa Nurse 2026
Pella, Iowa-- Pella Regional Health Center is pleased to announce that Leann Nunnikhoven, RN, Director, Infusion Center has been named a Great Iowa Nurse. The Great Iowa Nurses program recognizes Iowa nurses who routinely go above and beyond every day and take the extra step to ensure safe, compassionate care for their patients.

“Leann is a compassionate, hands-on leader who fosters teamwork and supports her team unconditionally,” said Deb Davis, Associate Chief Nursing Officer. “She led with grace during the transition of Pella Regional Infusion Services to Mission Cancer, as well as during the opening of a new infusion center. She dedicated many hours to ensure her staff was well-prepared for both the transition and the launch of the new unit. Leann is recognized for her clinical excellence; she holds her team lovingly accountable while always prioritizing patient care. Her leadership, collaboration, and dedication make her truly inspirational.”
