Janet Wignall DeGolyer

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Janet Wignall DeGolyer, 77, of Knoxville, will be held
Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral
Home in Knoxville. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Janet Marie Wignall was born October 12, 1947, in Moline, Illinois, to Jack and Dixie
Wignall. She was raised in Melcher-Dallas graduating in 1965. She married Mike
DeGoyler in 1981.

Janet enjoyed collecting 50’s and 60’s memorabilia and absolutely loved travelling with
her husband Mike. They enjoyed traveling to London, Alaska, Hawaii, and many other
destinations. Coffee time with her girlfriends was always cherished.

Janet passed away November 2, 2024. She is survived by her husband, Mike
DeGoyler; brother, Gary (Jill) Wignall; children: Troy (Melissa) Jensen, Jason (Lynnette)
Jensen, Cade (Sarah) Shera, and Kami (Troy) DeGolyer-Sheehy; grandchildren: Jenna
(Ben) Ripperger, Taylor Jensen, Delaney Jensen, Kale Critchlow, Jacoby Jensen, Dylan
Jensen, Jilian Jensen, Michaela (Nathan) Carle, Dena Davis, Ruth Shera, TJ Sheehy,
Tyler Worrall (Alli), Haley (Lane) Colwell, Hannah (Tanner) Houston, and Noah Worrall;
great grandchildren: Avah, Bote, Weslynn, Huxley, Zayne, Hunter, Easton, and Gage;
and many other relatives and friends.
