Tom Anthony

Funeral services for Tom Anthony, 64, of Knoxville, will be Friday, November 29, 2024,
at 2:00 p.m. at the New Covenant Church in Knoxville. Family will receive friends
beginning at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at the Graceland Cemetery
following the service. Memorials may be made in care of Tom's family and will be
designated at a later date. The Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Knoxville is assisting
the family with funeral arrangements.

Lewis Anthony, known to all as Tom, burst to life on November 3rd, 1960, birth son of
Roberta Mindham, he was adopted by the Anthony's.

Lewis grew up in Kellogg before moving to Knoxville where he would meet his High
School sweetheart and wife of 45 years Cathy Pierce. Together they moved to Texas in
‘79 and gave birth to three children, Heather (Nick) Glaser, Jeramy (Tammy) and
Brandon (Christie) Anthony. Tom would go on to receive a degree in marketing and
work in various positions utilizing that education until his disability in 1993, after which
he dedicated his life to non-profit and ministry work for the next 25 years full time,
dabbling in various forms of showmanship part time, and influencing many lives to
Christ.

Since 2000 he has been blessed with 19 grandchildren; Kassidi, Andrew, Chaise, Kori,
Ty, Connor, Emma, Sonnie, Aiden, Hunter, Logan, Makenzie, Bryson, Cash, McKenna,
Shiloh, Giovanni, Khai, Braelyn and 2 great granddaughters Ava and Athena.

Tom is preceded in death by his Mother and Step-Father Roberta and Clarence Wells,
his Mother and Father In Law, Phyllis and Lee Pierce, as well as his daughter-in-law
Natalie Anthony. He is survived by his siblings, Robert (Traci) VanderLeest, Robin
(Randy) Repp, Randy (Melody) VanderLeest, and Diane (Johnny) Spaniel. Cathy will be
supported in grief by her sisters, their husband's, and her precious nieces and nephews.
