In the past 24 hours, Marion County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 41 calls for service
including, but not limited to: 18 extra patrol requests, 4 incomplete 911s, 3 deer calls, 3
paper services, 2 rescue calls, returned 2 phone calls, met with one subject, 1
commercial fire, 1 juvenile call, 1 wanted subject, 1 vehicle unlock, 1 accident, 1 dog
call, 1 motorist assist, 1 transport, 1 reckless driver, and 2 other calls.
In the past 24 hours the Marion County Sheriff’s office communications center fielded 97
calls including 15 911 calls. The Marion County jail is currently holding 18 subjects. In

substance 1-3, ineligible to carry a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
