Pella Police Report Jan. 19-25, 2025

The Pella Police Department engaged in the following activities during the week of Jan.
19-25, 2025: 159 calls for service, eight traffic citations, 21 traffic warnings, five parking
tickets, four accidents, two arrests, nine charges, zero juvenile referrals or warrant
arrests.
COMMUNICATION CENTER WEEKLY STATS
The Pella Police Department Communications Center engaged in the following activities
during the same period: 211 incoming telephone calls and 28 total incoming 911 calls.
ARRESTS:
• On 01/21/25, a subject from Pella was charged with obstruction of emergency
communication and domestic abuse with bodily injury. The subject was incarcerated.
• On 01/25/25, a subject from Pella was charged with OWI 1st, two counts of
interference with official acts resulting in bodily injury, two counts of assault on persons
in certain occupations resulting in bodily injury, and one count of disorderly conduct. The
subject was incarcerated.
